Storing Handbags at Home
Most women have tons of bags that need to be organised. Sometimes though, disposing of some items does not solve the problem because you usually end up replacing them with new ones sooner or later. Thus, you find yourself right at the same spot where you started. So here are some space-saving home improvement ideas to get those accessories out of the way.
One of the best ways to keep handbags is to utilise the wall space in your room. From the top to the bottom of the wall, attach or pin some heavy-duty hooks or nails that could support the weight of your bags. This manner, you could show off your passion for the whole world to see. You could also spray paint on every hook or nail so as to add colours and style to each. Then, arrange your bags in such a way that they would project a real work of art. You could even add some lighting to this part of the house or bedroom so as to gravitate all eyes toward it.
However, if you have a really huge collection of purses that no wall space would be able to accommodate, you could store out-of-season purses in plastic boxes in the attic, crawl space, or basement. For easy identification and to avoid taking out the entire bunch just to get one handbag, you could attach pictures to each bin. It is more advisable though to donate, toss, or sell those that you have not used for an entire year as they might not be any good to you later on.
Indeed, you do not need to be the master of creative ideas just to find home improvement solutions to your problems.
